Private Lessons

Private lessons are designed to give students the opportunity to receive personalized instruction that caters to their specific goals. Each 45 minute lesson focuses on the dances selected by the student. This individualized time will allow students to master skills and techniques that are difficult to learn in a group setting, helping them to achieve their dancing goals in the fastest way possible. Private lessons can be scheduled Monday through Friday between 10 am and 10 pm.

Group Classes

Group classes are designed to teach students a variety of dances in the most cost effective way. Classes are held throughout the week on a drop-in basis for all levels of students.

New Student Drop-In Class: Consider this class a crash course in the necessary survival skills, with each class focusing on a different style of dance. Beginning with the basic elements of movement, by the end of the hour students will have learned two to four basic patterns that they can dance to music. This class is open to all students, both couples and singles.

New Student – Beginning Bronze Series Class: This series is intended to provide students with the foundational skills of a specific dance over the course of the month. Anyone can learn to dance when it is taught in a simplistic way. The first class of the month will cover the most basic skills of the dance, and each of the following classes builds on skills learned in the previous week. By the end of the month students will have a full routine that they can dance with confidence. This class is open to all students, both couples and singles. Participants are asked to attend all of the classes in the series.

Intermediate – Advanced Bronze Series Class: This series is designed to take students from an intermediate bronze level to an advanced bronze level in one specific dance. The first class of the month will begin where the previous month’s beginner series left off. The course will cover more advanced patterns and teach students more complex techniques and skills needed to support the patterns. Students must meet beginning bronze standards to participate in this series. Beginning bronze standards require students to dance the first three patterns of the dance correctly to music without assistance

Dance Parties

Dance Parties are held on the first, third and fifth Fridays of each month at 8:15.  Parties are an excellent opportunity for students to practice in a fun and supportive learning environment. A large variety of music is played at the parties and instructors are close at hand to give helpful hints and reminders to students as needed. Parties are free of charge and open to couples and singles of all levels.

Zumba Fitness!

Zumba fuses the pulsating Latin rhythms with easy to follow dance steps to create a full body cardio workout. Each 60 minute class will incorporate Cha Cha, Salsa, Samba, Merengue and Jive in a way that will help shape and tone the entire body and shrink the waistline at the same time. Each routine can be executed at different levels of intensity allowing students to tailor their workout to fit their needs. Tennis shoes are required.
