The introductory special is the best way to try us out at a low cost to you. The special includes two 30 min private sessions and group class for $59, this price is the same for both singles and couples.

For those of you who are preparing for an event that occurs within sixty days, whether it's a wedding, reunion, or business event, you are eligible for an event consultation. This is one 40 min private session with your instructor to introduce the basics and develop a plan to help you reach your goal in a short amount of time. A consultation is $75 for a single or couple.
